Here at the Center we offer vitamins, nutritional supplements and
custom botanical blends formulated for your individual
health needs. We offer patients this because:
1. The
Supplement industry is poorly regulated. Numerous
studies have found that consumers may not receive what
is advertised on a supplement label. Some supplements
have been found to be adulterated with pharmaceuticals,
or even contaminated. Although we cannot guarantee the
products we offer, we feel confident that the
supplements we offer are of exceptional quality.
2. Many
supplements we recommend can be difficult to find. By
offering them at the Center we help you save the time
and effort of finding them yourself. It also makes it
easier for you to get exactly what we have recommended
to you.
3. Not all
people and illnesses are alike, so we don’t use a “one
size fits all” approach to health and illness. By
offering custom botanical blends formulated at the
Center by
Holli Richey, our
Clinical Herbalist, we can provide you more
individualized care. We only use practitioner-grade
herbal extracts of exceptional quality.
Plants have been used for medicinal purposes for thousands of
years. Historical accounts of herbs and modern research
indicate that the herbs most often used for healthcare have
an exceptional safety record and are without harmful
side-effects. Likewise, confirmed cases of herb and drug
interactions are rare. Because herbs are living beings with
complex chemistry, they are especially suited for
mind-body-spirit wellness.
Herbs can be used to address chronic health conditions and also
work in acute situations. Herbal consultations with
Holli Richey, our Clinical
Herbalist, can address many health concerns such as those
offered below, and offer you a custom botanical blend
formulated at the Center.
